Multiple device support I own a band 1 and 2 and i would like to not have to unregister everytime i replace my main device. Registration requires a reset of the device and that sucks. It would be nice if i could just have bot devices working at the same time. Would also like to view data without Internet connection. Also, my mail tile doesn't work on band 1 or 2
Way better than a fit bit Pricey but it's one of the most accurate bands out there right now. I bought a few fit bits in the past since they break to easily. The fit bit is not accurate at all. Any comments you leave on the fit bit page they remove. They want to convince people how amazing it is when in reality it sucks. Stick with the Microsoft wrist band unless you have extra cash to get the more expensive ones out there.
It's okay. Want to love it. Very slow to load data. Please bring it in line with the features on the website Health Dashboard. As well, please have some fun with the app, give it some character! It's so clumsy and boring. Look at Google Fit or even better is Jawbone Up. Also feel completely abandoned by MS - I hope a surface band is on the way to help us "achieve more"!
App works 1/10 times This has never, and it appears will never work for me. Half the time it can't connect, and the other half it can never properly sync. So I'll uninstall and reinstall the app and try to re-pair the band. I can very easily pair the band with my phone through the Bluetooth settings (so I know it isn't a hardware issue or an issue with my phone). But when it comes time to pair inside the app, nothing works. It will ask which device I want to pair with, verify I'm okay with a factory reset, and then do nothing.
Won't open Just got my first MB2, installed this app, asks me to log in then goes to a white screen? I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same result. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, not sure what's going wrong. Can't log in if the window won't open. :-( Can you help with this?
Good but the Fitbit app is much nicer Dec. 2016 I've owned the Band 2 for 10 months and had to have Microsoft send me a new one 4 months later due to a broken strap. Since then I've been happy with it Feb. 2016 I just got the Band 2 and it worked fine for the first week. Then yesterday there was a software update and the synch to the phone app no longer works. Also none of the new feautures are available on the Android app and social network share is not there. Using Android 6. Incredibly frustrating and thinking of going back to my Fitbit.
