Microsoft Launcher provides a new home screen experience that empowers you to be more productive on your Android device. This version of Microsoft Launcher has been rebuilt on a new codebase to make new features possible, including dark mode, personalized news, and numerous performance improvements (improved load time, less memory use, better battery performance, and fluent animation).

This app uses Accessibility Service Permission for optional gesture of screen lock and recent apps view.

Downloading Microsoft Launcher gives the option to replace the default launcher or to toggle between device launchers. Microsoft Launcher does not replicate the user’s PC home screen on the Android phone. Users must still purchase and/or download any new apps from Google Play. Requires Android 7.0+.

Ratings and reviews

My preferred launcher, Even though it's still not a Windows Phone. Withholding one star because it's missing a feature that the regular Android launcher does have that I miss: the ability to snooze an app's notifications until the next day. Really wish I could do that to teams and Outlook and other apps when I'm done for the day. But I don't want to be disturbed by my phone during (what might normally be) working hours.

Love it! After experimenting with many launchers in pursuit of the perfect one I was ready to ditch the last one which in the end just didn't cut it. So I went looking back to the app store and there, at the top, was this launcher. I hesitated thinking what were the chances an Android app from Microsoft no less, would be the one? But after a few days tinkering, I just love it! A great balance between functionality customization and smart design. A real keeper!

One of the best, if not the best launcher's out there. I use Microsoft edge, outlook as well as onedrive and word. This launcher works seamlessly across the board with all of the Microsoft apps and workspace. Also security is a big factor for me and a long with Microsoft authenticator, it's a no brainier. For years I have been trying so hard to move away from Google...now I have! Thanks again for a wonderful piece of software.
