Inconsistent, frustrating, nothing simple about it. The way that documents open seem to always be changing, I'm getting notifications today that I wasn't yesterday, it's just not straight forward. I wish the whole of "office" was as simple as it was 10-15 years ago, except on a smart phone. It seems like you're adding bells and whistles when it's not needed, instead making it all more complicated & frustrating!!

Great app, I practically use it everyday. Quick suggestion, please put at least the left and center alignment in the quick options, along with the Bold, Italics and underline. Also add to the quick option the change case option. Personally I never use the other options you have on the quick access, except the B,I,U, the rest is basically a waste of space. Another alternative is to make the quick bar customizable, so each user can put the options that would increase their productivity. Thanks.

This app is a nightmare. All it does is constantly logging me out, telling me I need to log back in, switches the Read Aloud voice consistently and randomly, doesn't put an automatic space after any word with an apostrophe in it and jumbles words around when corrective text is initiated. Headache. I would go back to using Google Drive but I already paid for this software for a year. Frustrating. What do you guys spend your days doing? These are ongoing issues. Boooo.
