There are simple quality of life things missing. You can't mass download files with ease. Moving something from one folder to another requires you to refresh the origin folder to get it to show correctly. I use onedrive as a cloud backup for my comic book catalog. Getting images to load and show on the phone version is like pulling teeth. I have to close and re open the app, sometimes more than once, to get some files to load. It's good that the storage is cheap, otherwise, I wouldn't use it.

Zero support for a product that holds precious memories. There is no chat option on the site, Windows app, or mobile app, although the site states there is numerous times. No customer service number. I tried to move photos by making them available offline and downloading them to my computer, and for some reason, it's downloading thousands of photos back to my phone! The articles are useless and add to the frustration with poor instructions that direct to options that don't exist. Please help!!

It's ok overall but not being able to download entire folders at once is annoying, also an option to exclude certain files/folders from showing up in the "Photos" tab would be great. I have a few programs backed up on my OneDrive that include custom icons and they're all showing up in the "Photos" tab, making it practically useless. The option to sync device folders would be awesome.
