I downloaded the Microsoft "To Do" app late in 2022. I explored it a little and I didn't like it because it didn't seem easy to adapt to. So I stopped using it. But now that Microsoft has updated Outlook and migrated the previous "Task" function from Outlook to "To Do" I have been compelled to learn how to use it, and I like it now. All of the previous "Task" functions are still available but in a streamlined fashion, and there are additional ways to customize a task in the app. Fantastic!

This App Was Great, Until It Wasn't. This app did what it was meant to do in syncing to do lists that I shared with others. It synced to all my devices and multi account was great to also have the to do list from my work. This recently the app started demanding me to sign into it repeatingly every 30 seconds. I tried every troubleshooting step including clearing cache and storage, reinstalling, different login methods. This issue won't go away and has made it unusable. Moving to a new platform.

I've tried using the app with a shared list for grocery shopping with my partner. When one of us adds a new item to the list, it rarely populates on the other person's list. We've had this issue both using Apple devices and Android devices. We have restarted devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and checked to make sure our devices are updated, but nothing seems to make a difference.
