nothing about this app is intuitive. the ui is terrible, there is no crossover between the 15 apps microsoft requires, and even the simplest tasks take an hour to figure out every single time. the only thing it can do reliably is process payments...but only if you add money in increments of $5 and only at a minimum of $10. I'm rating it at 2 stars because everybody knows a 1 star rating is a cheap, angry reaction to something that's probably their own fault. 2 stars is a truly bad product.

Doesn't do anything. I can see accounts but they don't track even though they are set to. cannot access apps to block. Took far to long to download the range of apps and set them up that Microsoft require for you to protect your family and they simply don't work. it shouldn't be this hard to block content on an account.

The app doesn't track game usage in real time anymore. The time limit still applies to the device, but the app will still say your child spent zero time on their device. Other times, the info is delayed by a day. I frequently see games listed on the app that were apparently used when I know my child hasn't touched the Xbox that day. If it weren't for the time limit option on the app, I would not use this at all anymore.
