it worked great until it just stopped working. it didn't track time, definitely doesn't block time, forcing me to go the route of my router to shut down everything when needed. unfortunate esp when it comes to safety of our children. very concerned on what else doesn't work for example cross play and communication. I don't know if my kid can talk to strangers now. disappointed in Xbox.

Same issue. It was working fine, but now it is not tracking screen time and I cannot add screen time through the app. I have not been able to fix it. Also, when it was working, added time was not added to their time allotment for the day, but rather just that moment forward. That is they had to use that time right away. Not sure why it was set up that way, but it is a pain because instead of just adding time I have to time it correctly too in order to insure they are getting the time I intended.

Unreliable. Sometimes it says 0 hours used yet you can see they've been playing for some number of hours/minutes under that. Secondly, it counts time when a game is not actively being played. e.g. kid walks away for lunch and leaves it on or is waiting for friends to get online. Second issue can be somewhat alleviated through behavior change, but still annoying
