Seriously? It worked great before whatever you did to it. Now it- 1. Sometimes doesn't load anything. Won't respond. 2. I type messages that freeze my keyboard and then my keyboard disappears and i have to wait until your app is done glitching out to continue my message. 3. Your xbox beta app is even worse. How am I even supposed to test your app when it can't even load without freezing?

I want to delete a account which the pc version made up (for no reason at all) but i there is no option to delete it. I Have the correct account on my tablet(StevedaLegend01) and wanted to play on pc with it but it made a different profile with a random name which i called it (StevedaLegend02) to make it simpler but i wanted to put a custom profile picture so i tried downloading it on my phone aswell but it came up as the second profile so please add an option to delete my second profile!!!

I have the LG G5 and your newest update still has a lot of bugs in it. The update is even affecting my xbox some how cuz my message notifications are turned on for both the app and the Xbox but when i get a message it doesn't notify me on my xbox. Sometimes the chat heads don't even pop up on my phone which i was fine with at first cuz it would still show up in my phones notification bar but now even that notification is becoming random. I loved the app, five stars before the latest update but now i put two stars and kinda lean towards one cuz it's supposed to help my xbox experience but it's only making it worse. As soon as you guys can fix the bugs i will gladly go straight back to five stars but until then I'm going to stay at two.

This app is becoming useless, the last 5 times I've tried to open the app it just shows a loading screen, when I finally do get on to my profile (after restarting the phone first) I can't load videos. My connection is fine, my phone is brand new. Maybe the last update is messing up. Usually enjoy being able to use this app, well, other than all those silly/annoying GTAV screenshots.

But better than trying to type with a controller. Take it back. Since update the controller is faster. The app is pretty much unusable on android at this point. Constant freezing and crashing. Very disappointed. Think they might be trying to sell off their chatpad by making the phone app unusable. Was bearable before ... not now. Let me know when it's fixed and I'll use it again, right now, it's garbage. True story.

Honestly the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that I have to uninstall and reinstall this app 24/7 to make it work correctly. How ever the app is beyond useful and absolutely awesome when it does work. The issues i have ( when i need to uninstall and reinstall) is the messages will not show correctly and my captures and news or live feed will not show either. After reinstalling, it works fine for another couple uses. Nothing major to me because its not like it's anything horrible. Just every so often. Aside from that, freakin great app and very useful for those who game a LOT. Hope this helps 🤙

Cannot connect to my xbox one through my Galaxy S8 it keeps saying there isn't any consoles on my wifi when clearly mine is connected i even looked at my network settings on my xbox and it says im connected to the wifi. It seems like this app has one problem after another.

USE THE OLD VERSION IT DIDNT FREEZE OR KICK YOU OUT OF THE APP AS MUCH! I used to like it but your optimizations are garbage and you practically ruined the app. Fix this issue and I'll review the app again.

The new update, (7/7/17), appears to have corrected the connection problem, after uninstalling,, and then installing the update. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, android 7. Just in this last week, (5 July 17), the app stopped connecting to my Xbox One, (it worked well previously), making the app virtually useless. I tried all the troubleshooting tips, all to no avail. I see in recent reviews here, that other people have started experiencing the same issue. I'd give the app negative stars if I could, at least until the app is fixed.

The app is slow. Does not connect to Xbox EVEN WITH IP ADDRESS!! This app is close to useless besides the social aspect. My controller literally does everything this app is supposed to do. Without murdering my battery. Hey devs of this app make an independent controller and an independent social app because the two together is henious. Moto x pure

The latest update seemed to have broken the app. It takes forever to load up and even longer to load my messages. Takes forever to sync messages I'm better off just going to my messages from my Xbox than use the app. Keyboard freezes constantly and every once in awhile it bugs out my Xbox somehow and I don't get notifications at all that someone has messaged me

Trying to make messages like facebook messenger is stupid and annoying. Can't navigate because it errors or is just slow. And half the time I can't even send a message. Uninstalling this waste of space

Just want to control volume on my TV. Somehow we have a controller that has 8 buttons, a dpad, and 2 sticks and no volume controls. App USED TO let me control volume, but now only functions around the social stuff. Garbage.

EVERYTIME I GO ON THE APP IT'S SLOW AS HELL. IT'S LIKE IT WILL FREEZE FOR A GOOD 60 SECONDS BEFORE I CAN ACTUALLY SCROLL ANY FURTHER. IS THIS JUST ME OR DOES EVERYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM? XBOX RESPOND WITH HELP!!!!!!

I only got the app on my phone so I could add a custom gamer pic, but Microsoft is so uptight I now have to wait a year to do this. This is a ridiculous feature and it needs to be removed or the age restrictions lowered.

I am very disappointed in the latest update. Nice idea to have chat bubble. The app is now a disaster, in that it uses up a lot of memory and is freezing and crashing. Fix it please. Its useless for talking to my gamers right now. That's the main purpose most of us users download the android version of xbox

Extremely limited interface with a good deal of glitches. Tried out the Xbox Beta Application which has more features (including uploading a custom profile picture) and actually seems to be quicker overall.

Non stop Crashes. When it does work it's extremely unbearably slow. Must have had the janitor code the app. What an embarrassing thing for Microsoft.

Constantly crashes on my LG V20! But, it works like a champ on my Windows 10 mobile phone (Lumia 950 XL). Maybe an issue with Android 7.0?

Never syncs properly. Always has trouble sending and receiving messages. Very slow even on good phones. 😠Eternally slow and feels like something from 10 years ago even in today's world with broadband internet.

I certainly don't think a rating higher than 2 makes sense. I initially rated it 5 stars even though the bugs are ridiculous. It was tolerable to wait 3 to 4 minutes watching it load or taking forever for a text to be sent but now the fact that I updated it for one particular reason and that is to change my profile picture to a custom one and it won't I think this app should be removed and fixed..Or stop advertising something the product doesn't do.

Everything works fine but the create a club link in the app. That's the only thing that I see on this app that does not work. Still keeping this app at a 5 star but PLEASE FIX. Thanks a lot guys.

Pretty easy to use, chat is good but doesn't always load fast enough (understandable though) so much easier to type using this than typing on xbox. Really good app

I really really hate that i have to go into each games details to actually see a price. Turns me off shopping for new games. Also, why does it seem i cant see all the deals with gold, you view the lists on the xbox itself and there are so many compared to this shtty store.

I love this app so much! It's beyond amazing and probably the most used app on my phone. It's so nice to be able to send messages while in a game so I don't have to have my TV screen blocked. It runs smooth and isn't buggy at all! I really enjoy the new chat bubbles, it's kinda like Facebook messenger. Makes it so easy to share game clips with friends and see who is online.

Its really slow....I think it needs to be faster for people to enjoy the app, more better. People would be able to have a conversation with their friends or family on it better without it freezing it's a great app because its simple to use. Not confusing I love the app but it just needs to be improved make it faster!!.....

Messaging is really slow to load and when the little message icon is hovering in the corner I have to get rid of it in order to type in another app so it's pretty pointless to have if it can't stay discretely in the corner while I finish up and then check it.

Whenever I try to join a group it says some feature won't let me and when I go to look for the feature it doesn't show up. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or something I just want it fixed and fast

App used to be good now it's garbage barely loads anything. Can't send a message without going through 3 mins of frozen phone. PC app is also garbage now
