We've had the alarm installed for ONE day and nothing but problems. Technicians are coming back out tomorrow. Cameras don't show any video, app crashes all the time, sales managers that don't even know that the equipment we have installed is out in the field yet????? I don't get it. And to pay money for this? I'm very irritated.
Today, the wife forgot to lock the front door. Accessed the mobile app and attempted to lock the door from work. Nothing. The app just showed the spinning motion. Might have the whole system take out of my house.
Love the new smart bulb! We use it for our front porch and this morning when the grandsons where getting dropped off at 630 am I was able to turn on the porch light and unlock the front door without having to leave my warm bed by using the app.
The only issue I have had is the front door lock not responding to the mobile app once in awhile, but other than that no issues!
App doesn't work half the time of trying to access from work or car.
