This new app is annoying to navigate. In addition, every payment requires multiple calls for codes to authorize. It took an hour to get my bank even linked so that I could make payments in the first place. The best banks are the ones that stay out of your way. They make things easier by giving you access to your funds, but protecting you at the same time. It is a difficult role. This is not one of those banks.

The old app was much better. For check deposits the old app would take the picture, read and populate the amount automatically and would allow me to enter multiple checks for one deposit. New app has me enter the amount, I have to take the picture manually and I need to deposit each check individually. I'm unable to select the correct default account to view. Where did the My Money Trail feature go? That was something I relied on daily. This whole thing feels like a big leap backwards 5 years.

Wow Love how they took a perfectly good app that worked fine for years, added nothing to it, but still managed to turn it into a clunky mess where you can't see transaction information without clicking on each individual one. I love needing to click 20 things to find what I'm looking for, and having each one of them slowly load before maybe showing me the same information that used to all be on one screen. It's soooo much more convenient than having everything in a simple list. *eyeroll*
