Ratings and reviews

Been a customer here since 2007. Very few issues or problems with the app or the credit union. They have always been very fair, even when I'm being a dummy. I don't use a lot of the features, but nice to know they're there if I need them. Only one thing I wish they'd simplify is their bill pay feature. To me, it is very confusing, especially the deliver by date and the send out date. I don't know how many times I have messed this up. Other wise, great app.

Easy to navigate. EXCELLENT monitoring and security! Everything I could hope for in an online banking app! I can check my balance quickly, pay my bills and even get my statements quickly and easily! I love this app and this credit union!

I like everything about the app, except the deposit mode, it's very glitchy, and right now for the past 6 weeks I have been unable to deposit a check, it keeps saying retake the picture. No one seems to know why. But I like the access, it's very quick.
