The recent update is terrible. I can not add payees. I can not look up previous payments made to specific payees through the bill payment system. All I can do is scroll through EVERYTHING in the account. I've sent multiple messages and haven't gotten any replies. It was better before. They've taken features away. Soon I will unenroll. And without online bill payment, I will change banks. Shame, I've been with them (Shell and Midwest Members) for 30 years. Awful, useless app.

This app is absolutely horrible. Horrible integration. The bank put some total strangers phone number on my account, and i couldn't gain access to any of my accounts. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 30 mins and then went to the bank and waited 3 hours to get help. How ridiculous, and I never did get my help. I will be switching banks.

it won't let me log in with fingerprint, never accepts my mobile deposits, thanks a lot for the change!
