This app feels like a bad joke from Miele due to a awful functionality and UI. 1) Who decided that a forward wash/dry timer is more informative than a reverse timer? All machines have an internet connection, which can be used to correct the countdown turks if necessary. But apparently only SpaceX can implement such a feature. 2) You cannot indicate to the machine maintenance organization that the machine is defective directly from the app. Why? It's a bigger mystery than the Bermuda triangle.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. You can only put 20€ minimun in the app. They offer a refund option and when I did it I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. I asked for help to the client support and the only thing they told me is that the refund was made. So where is my money?? Terrible service, terrible client support. Will never use this again.

Wow, I used this app in September while traveling in Sweden to wash at the hotel where I stayed. There was a minimum cash load to use the app and I only had to wash clothes once. They noted you could get a refund for unused funds. Excellent experience! But the kicker: I forgot to request a refund. This week they settled the account. This is a liberatory practice. They are the anti-scammers. They are proactively being fair! It's but that hard to give up on extractive capitalism people. 😍🙏🏽
