The Pestoni Pharmacy, founded in 1906 by the pharmacist Luigi Pestoni is certainly one of the oldest family pharmacies in the Canton Ticino.
Located in the core of Stabio in Via Giulia, near the UBS and easily reachable from the municipal parking located at about 50 m, the Pestoni pharmacy since its opening has seen three generations of pharmacists follow one another: first of all its founder assisted by long time from his daughter Augusta, later his nephew Gerardo Bernasconi, and last in order of time the great-granddaughter Marzia Bernasconi Cancer, who since 2015 has taken over the management side by side with her sister Maura Bernasconi (pharmacy assistant), her father Gerardo and the rest of team: Monica Morard, Donatella Lemma and Luisa Valtulini (pharmacy assistants).
