The Mostodolce brewery, the first in the city of Prato, rightly belongs to the protagonists of the Tuscan brewing Renaissance: our story begins in 2003, thanks to the passion of some members for the brewing world. Our beers are low and high fermentation and made with local products, including the honey of Val Bisenzio and chestnut flour from the Central Apennines. All the beers are intriguing: the light pils Pepita, dry and hoppy; the Fox (buttonhole flower, winner of numerous awards) made with 5 types of malt and lots of hops, with a complex flavor, caramelized and dried fruit aromas; the amiable La Martellina, amber and very characterized by the use of honey from the Val Bisenzio; the BlackDoll, bitter, black and velvety. For lovers of spicy beers, here is the orange Saison dell'Arco with all the aroma of pink pepper, grains of Paradise and bitter orange peel; orange peel and coriander also for the white and refreshing Rebe; Christmas beer is instead prepared with chestnut flour from the Central Apennines.
