This service is basically a scam. Let me tell you how, one they will promise you cashback, then the cashback arrives on a random date and then disappears on a random date, so that you don't get to use. Secondly, each of the price they have, some of them are even wrong pricing just to show you heavy discounts. You might end up spending more. After the cashback scam I asked them to reverse my wallet money to my account, they closed my account, which I didn't even request for.

App experience is good. The prices are much above the market price for few categories, however at the same time there are offers and discounts on most of the products. One thing which I HATE about milk basket is the amount of plastic used for packaging (specially for vegetables). Competitor BB daily uses paper bags instead, which is so awesome!

The variety of items in the app is really really good. This is really good effort to pool in as much as items in every category. But the UI experience is not a 100%. There are glitches and there are blackouts at times where the user is not able to search any product or navigate through the app smoothly. Personally speaking as a QA, there is lot of scope for improvement.
