Ratings and reviews

This app is one step up from useless. It is slow to update, which has led to overdrafts. I check balance before I make any purchases. I can't help but think that this delay is deliberate, in order to farm the overdraft fees. This did not happen when my bank was still North Georgia National. The app updated instantly and sent me a notification. I will be moving my accounts to a different bank or credit union. I gave Millennium a chance. You blew it.

Their new website and app is just horrible. It's not user friendly. It's not functional. The billpay feature is useless. You can't enroll on the app on your phone; you have to do it on a desktop. When you search for payees, it doesn't show any payees, unless there are magic words you're supposed to use that don't include the payee name. Shouldn't this app be functional on whatever computer with Internet that is being used?

I love this app. I'm able to check my balances and deposits and also transfer money from savings to checking account if I need to . I also like that I'm able to deposit checks through this app without having to go to the bank !
