Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing. They should have used Apple's or Samsungs tracking platform. Only phones with the OneKey app installed (with all permissions turned on) track your top dollar tools. not enough people have this app installed. just had a tool ripped off, the two tools I have on my account haven't updated their location in months. batteries report "fair" at that time, which probably means dead now, no notification warnings about that.

Keeping track of all my tools and knowing when the warranty expires is very helpful. Easily able to keep my tools organized. The app was wonderful and I had no complaints until the most recent update. Tools that I have multiple of I am no longer able to click into and assign or check serial numbers. I emailed Milwaukee and they fixed this issue immediately. It was as simple as logging out and logging back in.

Useless app. All my batteries have one key logo, no way to add them to inventory, no way to see them on the map. With how much they cost, there should be an easier way to keep track of them and check who they belong to, and their authenticity. Or don't confuse people printing onekey logo on them. Very disappointed, do better
