Its pretty good, but there are some bugs. When reawakening the app, it often displays the wrong day's schedule. Killing and restarting fixes the problem. Also, it keeps searching for GPS when asleep, which is hard on battery. EDIT: several updates later, the sleep/wake problems are still occurring. Disabled location permissions on wife's galaxy S5 (Android L) to quiet the GPS, but the garbled data remains on wakeup. Sorry to say it but turning off system resources on sleep and restoring state on wake are fundamental things for Android app developers to get right. One should not have to kill an app.
I have tried everything to link my accounts - somehow it seems I have two accounts - but customer service has been awful. There was one generic email I received with a link to how to combine accounts. It didn't work and when I reached back out for help, I never got a response. I have since sent many more emails and months later I still have no response and I still can't login to the app with my main account. VERY ANNOYED.
App is slow to start, but has good quality info and seems stable. Just a shame that there is no way to import into gCal when opting to add bookings to your calendar - perhaps the next version could give different options for adding to calendars?
Was hoping for an easy way to log in to my businesses via app instead of using the mobile site.... App was horrible and not meant for business use. Difficult to navigate, could not find either of my 2 businesses, never was able to check on my client's accounts. I deleted in less than 5 minutes and went to mobile site.
The app continuously creates phantom appointments (not real) into my Google calendar. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the newest. Same thing. Even turned off Calendar integration, still creating false entries.
Thanks for using the MINDBODY app—we’re continuously working to make your app experience even better. This version contains usability improvements and bug fixes.
