Buggy when trying to pay and sign up for classes and often came up with error messages. Work on this.
The recent update causes the app to crash immediately after opening it. I can't believe a company would let that version be in production for so long with such a critical bug. So ridiculous. update Nov 12, 2017: Nope, this version still crashes upon opening the app. Really guys?
Only works some of the time., very annoying. Enter my email to log in and when I click "Next" the error message "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes." pops up. This happens very regularly.
Bitterly disappointed in Mindbody. I signed up to use their software as a business. It was over complicated, taking weeks and weeks to set up, it did not fulfil and did not help to grown my business in any way, existing clients struggled to adopt, not 1 new client and all of this for rediculous monthly fees. It cost our company hundreds of pounds to migrate to a system that nearly closed our company down.
I love how easy it is to book things with this app! I also really appreciate the reminders.
App was working great and suddenly a few days ago it no longer opens and freezes. It logs me out constantly and it just shows a black screen. Was hoping there would be an update that would correct this but I guess not
Since the last update, I cannot login. Error says incorrect password. I can login on website directly just fine. Reinstalled app, rebooted android phone, no change. Please revert to previous working version.
