Mindful Gurukul combines Pomodoro Timer with Task Management and creates a pause, which helps to remove anxiety and burnout. It is a neuroscience-based app that will motivate you to stay focused and get things done.

It brings Pomodoro Technique, To-Do List, and mindfulness-based cognitive activity into one place you can capture and organize tasks into your to-do lists, start tic tok and focus on study, set reminders for important tasks, and errands, check the time spent on study.

How it works:
1. Fill in your details for self-study analysis.
2. Pick a task you need to accomplish.
3. Set a timer for 40 minutes, keep focused and start working.
4. When the Pomodoro timer rings, take a 5-minute break.
5. In 5 min break you can take mindfulness-based audio to remove your burnout.
