It is the best app you can have on meditation and i will surely recommend it, since i have been using it diligently and it works for me, only thing i will recommend that kindly increase the meditation time 7th day onwards upto 20 mins because then you can get that awareness and consciousness throughout the day otherwise its good for beginners and will help them to understand what exactly awareness all about and do not forget to add more breathing exercises and energizers. Thank you
When Headspace SUDDENLY FAILED on my Samsung Galaxy tab, I went looking for an alternative. Happily, I discovered AWARE. I appreciate the Voice and Mindy too. Yes, I LOVE THIS APP, and have much love and appreciation for it :) Thank You Dev! I believe the discipline of a Foundation Course will be instrumental in developing my personal mindfulness habit. Forever Grateful and humbled by the generosity of AWARE.
This is the best app for meditation, I have tried a couple of other apps based on their ratings and some of them being EDITORS CHOICE. But nothing comes close to the kind of app "Aware" is. I have anxiety issues and so far this app seems to help a lot. From technical point view this app has a crisp and simple interface and doesn't consume much space. No lags, no hanging issues, no errors(so far) Thanks again for helping so many others like me via this app
I really enjoy this app for having such a clean interface and the most calming and soothing voice as the guide. There are so many courses available too that can help with a variety of issues.. so there's definitely something for everyone. I upgraded to a monthly subscription.. but unfortunately I'm not able to switch it to a yearly subscription.. so it's a bit frustrating..
Trust me, Aware is the best meditation app available today. So true, authentic, and the creators are really helpful. I am absolutely in love with the app. The free version of the app is enough for a beginner and when you subscribe, this app opens up the world of meditation and guides you so well through the journey. The best part about Aware is that it is there with you all through the day - from short meditations to breathing breaks, it has you covered. It has changed my life.
I really liked this app. I am going through an anxious period at the moment. Unfortunately I didn't realise that only the first 7days were free as I feel I was really benefiting from the daily meditation and looking forward to making the time to meditate. I will have to try and find a free replacement but if you can afford to pay I recommend this app.
I completed the 7-day free trial and was curious to see what value I could get as a paying customer. I went on to complete the 21-day foundation course that unlocked a serie of targeted 21-day programs. I have completed the 21-day Creativity track and I am now taking the 21-day Sleep track. I used to HATE meditation. Ironically, I have been meditating daily for the last 60 days. I actually now look forward to my daily meditation. Why? Simply because meditation is changing me. I have been more grounded, more creative, more patient, etc. The funny thing is that people around me noticed the changes before I did. Definitely the best investment I made in a long time. I'm challenging you to create the habit of meditating once a day for 2 months and you will understand what I'm talking about. Once you start experiencing positive changes in your life, you won't mind going through a daily 20-mimute meditation session... in fact, you'll be craving it.
