About the developers...
Mark is the voice of the Mindfulness for Depression app. Mark, following the lead of his wife, Teresa, began his journey in mindfulness ten years ago. Mark received his mindfulness training through the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine, and has taught Mindfulness for Anxiety reduction in County Cork and Dublin, Ireland, and, along with Teresa, founded Mindfulness Today. Mark holds a PhD from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a specialty in the development of mentoring relationships.
Teresa has been practicing mindfulness for twelve years. She is the founder of Mindfulness Today, LLC, an organization dedicated to the practical application of mindfulness in daily life focused on helping people solve problems such as depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Teresa holds a masters degree in psychology and received her mindfulness training in stress reduction through the University of Massachusetts school of medicine.
