Mental preparation directly impacts performance (+ 9%), well-being (+ 37%) and motivation of athletes (x3).
This is an aspect that is now well integrated by professional athletes (80% of the French finalists at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games used mental preparation in their training).
But this area remains largely unexplored by amateur athletes for two reasons: its cost (a session costs on average between € 60 and € 80 and it takes at least one session per week to obtain results, i.e. a budget of € 250 to € 300 € per month minimum) and its complexity (around ten different but complementary techniques, more than 30,000 scientific research articles available).
However, today, more and more amateurs have access to quality training in terms of physical, muscular, nutritional, etc. Only the mental side is put aside.
We are convinced that mental preparation should be accessible to all athletes, regardless of their level and sport, so that they can reach their full potential and feel good about their practice.
