Almost perfect! I see that you are planning to add "Logging". Thank you, this a must have for many of us. As well you're are adding a "Help" section, which I suppose couldn't hurt (I feel that the pictures suffice, but Hey that's just me). Is "Landscape" on your TO DO List? PLEASE add this feature if not already on you List - both are a must on my Tablet and Phone, as both devices Kick-Stand up in Landscape mode (and not in Portrait). With "Logging" and "Landscape" added this will be a 5 STAR app, and the BEST 7 Minute app option in Google apps!!!
Great app - one request This is really a very good app. I made an mp3 that did the same thing when I first heard of this. ONE SUGGESTION/REQUEST: I would love an option to have the app count down all the seconds, not just the last 3. Seems easier to keep the intensity up if I know exactly where I am, time-wise. Thanks in advance. LOVE the ability to tweak the duration! (5 stars if you make that little change!)
Simple app, good workout A useful tool for anyone who wants to make sure they have a way to work out no matter what. The workout is heavy on body weight exercises--no equipment necessary--and only lasts seven minutes. (You can add sets if you want.) The app consists, primarily, of a start button, which is exactly the level of involvement I want with a workout app.
Wonderful App Love the app it's an intense workout in only 7 mins. I've only used it a few times so far but it gets my heart pumping. I only gave it 4 bc I didn't understand some off the workouts n there's no description or animation to help out. Other then that PERFECT!
Great App for anyone who is busy! I'm 52, have no time due to 9 - 5 job, caregiver to elderly parents and single mom to two teenage sons. Finally something I can do in between all this. Sick of not doing anything for me and watching my weight increase! Thank you for creating this simple, no excuse 7 minute exercise app!
Works great, Not random for a reason I like this one a lot. First, for those of you asking for a randomized version of this, you may not have read the article about this workout. Its in a specific, scientific order based on muscle groups. Also, for it being open in the taskbar, I thought it stayed open in the taskbar, but if you use the back button while in the app, you can close it. I do wish you could skip a move or two in case the app gets closed accidentally and you could start again.
