Almost perfect! I see that you are planning to add "Logging". Thank you, this a must have for many of us. As well you're are adding a "Help" section, which I suppose couldn't hurt (I feel that the pictures suffice, but Hey that's just me). Is "Landscape" on your TO DO List? PLEASE add this feature if not already on you List - both are a must on my Tablet and Phone, as both devices Kick-Stand up in Landscape mode (and not in Portrait). With "Logging" and "Landscape" added this will be a 5 STAR app, and the BEST 7 Minute app option in Google apps!!!
Nice simple app I like the fact it doesn't require any fancy equipment. I like the fact it's simple to use. I like the fact it has the option to have an audio countdown timer. That said, I think the "instructions" portion could be improved. A quick animation, audio instructions, something to refresh my memory of exercises that seem familiar but don't immediately come to mind. One other suggestion (or maybe it exists and I haven't come across it yet) is to have a "reminder" notification. I see the app in my task bar but I'd like to be able to tell it "remind me to workout at 6:30 every week day" or such. Nice app overall, just a couple of things that would make it better.
Great app - one request This is really a very good app. I made an mp3 that did the same thing when I first heard of this. ONE SUGGESTION/REQUEST: I would love an option to have the app count down all the seconds, not just the last 3. Seems easier to keep the intensity up if I know exactly where I am, time-wise. Thanks in advance. LOVE the ability to tweak the duration! (5 stars if you make that little change!)
Great for what it is It is a straight forward timer and exercise list. It makes following the routine easy if you know how to do the exercises. It is not a guidebook or trainer. There are no instructions beyond a simple line drawing of each move, and no modifications You need to go online and read up on this program before you start, especially if you are not a regular exerciser.
Works great, Not random for a reason I like this one a lot. First, for those of you asking for a randomized version of this, you may not have read the article about this workout. Its in a specific, scientific order based on muscle groups. Also, for it being open in the taskbar, I thought it stayed open in the taskbar, but if you use the back button while in the app, you can close it. I do wish you could skip a move or two in case the app gets closed accidentally and you could start again.
Awesome app! Only 5 starts I've given out. This is because no privileges are requested. Will donate due to this fact also. I'm using this to work up to beachbody's insanity workout. 3 rounds of this will be a half of a step below that. Great app, keep up the great work. Suggestion for the future... Maybe allow entry of number of each exercise completed to be entered in between sets.
