Frustrating, describes my experience. I've been playing this game it must be 10 years and loved it. It didn't used to be like this, you could come right in the game and play it. now the game takes control, forces you into things you're not interested in. If you don't have a lot of patience you'll never get to play. Great example is Movie Stars pops up with no other option button, so I click it and the game crashes. let the users go where they're interested in without pop-ups.

A lot of glitches lately, a lot of crashing & the ball will be moving down the table then the screen stops and the ball jumps. Had to quit my league bc no winnings were registering and support sent me a boilerplate, generic support ticket that said a whole lot of nothing and closed it. not for nothing but I spend too much time playing this game, at least listen when people take the time to help you by reporting glitches. But for real I don't think there is another pool game that compares.

I put a lot of time into this game. I've put 2 tickets already within the last month and nothing has been done. The Leadership Board isn't recording my winnings. My winning streak as of right now is 4 and winnings is at 0. I was at Emerald when this started and now I'm back down to Platinum. And now the Ads are freezing and then kicking me out of the game. I can be in the middle of a game and it will kick me out. I have great Wi-Fi 1G. What is the problem? I would give 5 stars if it was fixed.
