We were excited to get this app going for our church, but find it a bit buggy. The main issue at the moment is that old events still show up on the events tab, (only on Android devices) even after they are past. (I even deleted them from our forms page where they were created, and they still show up.) Also, there has been confusion/frustration over the process of resetting passwords if someone logs out of the app. I am hoping to add some stars when this all flows better.

Please add auto closed captioning to livestreams for Deaf and hard of hearing. Also, while watching a livestream, if screen locks and audio/video stops, it does not resume playing the video once I unlock the phone. The only way for me to start the video again is by exiting the app and going back in. It's quite buggy in this regard. I am using Galaxy S22+.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1 time payment was swapped around with recurring payment. There is no way to cancel recurring payments and when I try to find a customer service number to call there is none. I tried to delete the card that is being used for these accidental recurring payments and the app is so "buggy" that it won't delete the card from the account. I'm sure this is by design as this scummy company makes a commission off of every dollar spent. DONT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
