A more informed, closer and safer Casentino thanks to the application 'CasentinoApp - The Municipalities inform you'.
It is a project that constitutes the evolution of the "Safety in Casentino" application, adopted by all the municipalities of the Union of Mountain Municipalities of Casentino and by the municipality of Bibbiena.
This new application is an authentic tool of immediate access, aimed at allowing the consultation of communications, awareness-raising initiatives, events and news of public importance, coming from the selected municipalities and from the respective affiliated Municipal Police bodies.
Users will have the possibility to view in real time, through a geolocated map, any road closures due to work in progress, accidents in progress, new ordinances issued or various critical situations present in the area.
The "CasentinoApp - I Comuni ti Informano" application also includes an innovative section called "Find", which helps users to identify:

- Zones designated as Safe Waiting Areas for the population
- Semi-automatic defibrillator devices
- Pharmacies open in real time
- Electric charging stations for cars
- Electric charging stations for E-bikes

.. all geolocated both within your municipality of residence and throughout the entire territory of the Casentino.
