Some good improvements, but one key massive painpoint - PLEASE STOP ASKING FOR LOCATION ACCESS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S NOT ACCURATE WHEN ALLOWED. I order more through other platform as prices are comparable and they are faster (looking for location takes too long and pin wrong location). Resort to 1112 when other platform goes offline. Order customisation had improved, but please stop asking for my location access when it always point to the wrong address, despite having saved home locations.

Use lineman or grab for faster experience. Total rubbish of an app, I connected via Facebook and it now asking for password, when I went on PC to try to add password to my account it doesn't work.

The order's status was shown as 'Order Received' but it didn't go to the system. Had to followed with contact center to know this.
