A friend recommended this to me and my roommate to help us get our finances under control. Over the past couple months, it has been an immense help in keeping track of our income, bills and spending. My only issue is that I don't know how to delete a bill that has been paid off or canceled. EDIT: Since the last update, I have not been able to look at any transactions. Nothing has updated since November, and honestly my budget is starting to suffer from not being able to see what I'm spending where. This was nice since I could set several small budgets for food, crafts, bills, rent and the like. Now I'm relying on my bank app, which doesn't let me categorize like this used to.
Mint's android app used to be great. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill over the last several months. I am consistently unable to view transactions on my accounts... Instead, a loading screen is displayed for several minutes. This needs some serious work.
To the dev team. Add bill date to specific account overview. (Ive missed my citi pmt 2 times bc of this app. Mint bills was more accurate. Id suggest to review the old app mint bills. Use it and you will see how many features are missing now. Mintbills was a lot easier to use
My income budget doesn't show on the app. It does in the web version. Your customer service tells me to update my os to version 9.0. Not for Android. Please try again. - Brian Tan, you're way off. This is a mint function, not a function of my bank. Several updates and still not fixed. I have the email chain from your tech support acknowledging the issue and still no fix.
App won't load transactions any more. I'll wait a week and hopefully they'll put out a fix, otherwise I'll uninstall and leave the 1-star
This app is terrible since the major update. App doesn't load transactions and constantly freezes on my S8. Contacted Mint several times with no response.
