The app just doesn't open! Gets stuck in the initial screen of "loading database". I wonder how a company can roll out apps with such poor user-testing. The hardware is good but without adequate software, its useless.
Nice device, nice app. Too bad they don't get along. Will re-review once sync works and it becomes actually useful. (Edit: No improvement with latest version 2017/01/01)
Great intentions. But please work on the app. I have a fuse and trouble syncing and using Pai. :( This could be so awesome if it worked correctly. I keep checking to see if you have pushed a new update.
I really wanted to use the app but like other comments it does not sync with my fuse. I've had good support from mio when I had a problem with the strap on my fuse. Their software lets the device down totally. If you use the device with a 3rd party application its good but recording data on fuse then trying to do something with it is terrible. Love the fuse but it could be so much more, I constantly find myself wanting to recommend it to friends but having to tell them that the application software is poor to totally unusable. It would be nice to see Mio actually fix the issues with their devices rather than it seems only concentrating on the latest device. Make your devices work consistently across the applications, this would allow me to recommend them rather than having to explain the hardware is good but the software just isn't.
Worst App. Strange Unable to sync data.... in 2016.. we have this kind of appa.. strange. Even after UPDATE no changes
Never worked, not even once! Couldn't sync with my Fuse, was atuck on either DB operations screen OR on fetching HR info. It is just as pathetic as the Mio Go app. At leats the go allows me to set preferences for my device....this PAI thing does nothing at all :(
