As others said, depositing is not a problem but they'll hold onto any money's you recieve and demand personal banking information. They could have your address, cell number and email address with years of history, but once you try to withdraw a few hundred dollars, they'll hold onto it until you give them screenshots of your personal bank account with all account information and numbers displayed. With all the websites getting hacked, this one demands way too much personal information.

They let you top up no problem. Withdrawing that's a different story, the hoops one has to jump threw is ridiculous. They flag your transactions over anything then more hoops to jump threw just so you can have access to your money. If for some reason you can't satisfy them your screwed cause they won't even refund back to the original source of payment they just hold your money hostage until you find a customer service person with half a brain (over 6 months for me) that actually trys to help

Takes way too long for the money to appear in your account. If money is deducted instantly from your bank and you receive an email stating your funds have been deposited, why does it take hours for it to appear in your account? It should be applied immediately as it is deposited immediately. Very frustrating

Once funds are in our system, they are credited to your account without delay. Please share with us the registered ticket number when you contacted Support, so we could double-check the issue?
