About this app

NotTiled is a free (no ads or micro transactions), open source, and multi platform tile map editor. It is based on Tiled Map Editor (https://www.mapeditor.org/) by Thorbjørn Lindeijer.

What you can do with NotTiled:
- Create/edit .tmx file on the go. Support lua/json/csv export.
- Create custom maps for games that support .tmx maps. Eg, Rusted Warfare.
- Create pixel images/animations for your game.
- Create music using jfugue notation. Support midi export.
- Create photo mosaics that you can show off to your friends.
- Create 2D tabletop RPG map design. Support exporting to PNG.
- Create silly platformer/rpg-styled mini games.
- Create cross-stitch patterns from photos? (why not..?)
- among other things... (anything that require tiling things perhaps...)

This app is complete garbage. I was trying to use this for Rusted Warfare, but the brush doesn't even work when you slide your finger around. And the fill in button fills in EVERYTHING, even if you make a line so that it doesn't do that. Unless you wanna break your fingertips by pressing your screen a million times, I strongly recommend finding a different app.

I'm going to be completely honest, I know close to nothing about coding lol, but this app I perfect for what I need, wonderful templates, simple to use, overall great, and definitely better than most if not all other tile apps I've used,best of all its free, the one complication I've run into I'm sure is my own doing, when I go to import an image png. It doesn't seem to be applied (I've made a map on digital, and am struggling to set it as a guide to redraw it on this app)but again, it's great
