The app itself works fine. However their setup is frustrating. You are automatically setup to recieve a box every week despite the fact that they do have an option to get a box whenever you specifically choose. If you have an issue they have an AI chatbot which is a concerning choice for a company that markets themselves as environmentally friendly. For my first 2 boxes 1 I chose the contents of and it never arrived and I have not received a refund. The second they packed and it came fine.

great idea, love the concept, but fix the app. I am on the fence about signing up but the app *insists* on having my credit card information to even create an an account. I wanted to browse what was available before I made a decision before signing up, now I'm put off completely. I wanted to look at prices before entering in *any* debit/credit card information. Now, I don't want to sign up at all.

Neither the app. nor the web store allow you to even look at their goods and pricing before they require you to commit to making a purchase with them!! It's highly suspect when the company you're dealing with requires pre commitment to a product/service before allowing you to know about and fully contemplate exactly what they're involving you in!!
