SIBL NOW registration procedure:

Step 1: Download SIBL NOW from Google play store or Apple app store and install it into your phone.
Step 2: Signup with the required information (Desired user ID, Account Number, Email ID, Mobile Number).
Step 3: After successful registration, you will get an 11/12 digit registration number.
Step 4: Download the SIBL NOW application form from below link:

Fill up the application form with the registration number and submit your designated branch.
This app use user phone contact list as it's own only because of Mobile Recharge purpose. User doesn't need type every single number by own. That's why application take the permission of READ CONTACTS by the user only for access purpose but didn't store it.
