Just downloaded recently, redeemed a $5 Amazon gift card and two days later, I actually got it and it was really easy. This app actually works! Plus, love how there's a variety of games, I can play at my own pace, it's always recording my progress and the prices aren't insane. DEFINITELY check this out!!! Also, I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but the maximum amount for Visa is $10 when it was $25 and it keeps asking me to log in. Not a huge deal, but still a little heads-up.

My experience with the game started-out being great and I was really enjoying playing. That changed around the first week in June though. I ran into a glitch that has apparently affected the entire Starfleet Command community and yet we still have to request assistance to fix it. Long-story short...I've had to request assistance to fix that same glitch with my game five times; and it's still not fixed! This has really downgraded my experience and now it's just a waste of my time! Good luck!

I was able to collect twice. The first time went fine. The second time I had an issue and was helped. Next the csr had me delete the app and reinstall it, of course my points went poof. Now I can't collect but they are stating that there's no problem. Obviously there is . Now I can't even get on. They got back to me. I followed their rules, it took a very very long time to earn two $25.00 payouts and wasn't able to collect. If I could, I'd give a negative rating. DO NOT use this app total scam
