About this app

This is an application exclusively for Mitsuba Sanko's EDR series dash cams.
You can play files, save them to your device, and configure the EDR unit all through the app.

We have confirmed that some smartphones have unstable connections. If you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, please refer to the "Troubleshooting Guide" under "Guide" in the app.

If you are using an overseas model, global model, or parallel import smartphone, the EDR unit's SSID may not be displayed because the Wi-Fi channels may differ from those available in Japan. In this case, please turn off the EDR unit and switch back to wireless LAN mode.

After connecting to the EDR, inability to connect to this app may be due to the smartphone's status or other installed apps. Restarting your smartphone, deleting and reconnecting to the EDR's access point, disabling or changing the settings of your security software, or disabling other Wi-Fi device or Wi-Fi-related apps may resolve the issue.
