App tells me I'm eligible for an upgrade, idk why bother having this feature when the "upgrade" is full price. New customers get it for $399 but existing customers pay $899, in full at the time of sale, no payment added to your monthly bill. So loyal customers get no promotions or offers of any kind, they will however charge you a $15 dollar reconnect fee for the PREPAID service if it isn't paid by midnight (even if the app isn't working) & a pay by phone fee & a $25 new phone activation fee.

Cricket has had an ongoing problem with taking payments (Google this issue and you'll find many complaints). The autopay doesn't work, payment through the app doesn't work and payment through the website doesn't work!!! They obviously don't care to fix the issue. It's time to find a new provider. ***If Cricket was dedicated to enhancing customer experience this wouldn't be an ongoing problem!!!

NEW UPDATE! STILL ONE STAR! I'd give negative stars, if I could! I PAID my phone bill on the 10th, in full, except when I hit "submit," the app gave me an error message saying to try again later. It's now 4 days later, and mind you, payments generally process instantly. It still says pending, money gone. I've called customer service twice to explain the situation, error message and all. They repeatedly tell me it's my bank, even though it was their system that errored! They refuse to do anything
