DD1 Voice is DealDesk One's user-initiated VoIP calling feature. When a user starts or answers a call, the app runs microphone and phone-call foreground services only for the duration of that active call so two-way audio remains connected when the user changes screens or temporarily backgrounds the app. Android displays a persistent ongoing-call notification while the call is active. The service stops and the notification is removed when the call ends. DealDesk One does not use these permissions for hidden or continuous background recording.
