Very good, some bugs There's a bug that happens all the time. Progress bar doesn't match the numeric value, there's only a small part colored in, when the value is way above recommended amount. After changing the date (just pressing date icon and "Done") the bars get colored in properly. Other than that it's a really good app. I had to laugh at another reviewer who isn't aware that "kcal" means calories and gave this app two stars because of that.
nice app and a uniq one.a greate help those info.still...as a suggestion for developer is missing a counter of salt or sodium.a weight manualy day by day counter we have a scale you now.a kcal burner day by day,i have chest band with a sport wach that measure that,its helps tracking that data also. a bigger list of vitamin.import export dbase csv xls txt.wipe dbase.a grafic by the week,mounth etc.still crash at add food.vitamin not in report!
Useful but would love UK version I am finding this app does exactly what I shopping for, simply recording my intake of calories and carbs in any given day. I found other diet /fitness apps were a little too over involved for my needs. My only gripe is that I am having to input my cos manually as it is for the Us market. Not the developers fault at all, of course! Maybe someone could create a UK version? Other than that it works well on my Nexus 4,with no issues.
Great app - room for improvement Hi - I love the app.. it was difficult to find in the app store. Would you consider adding the following to the app? - ability to track sodium - ability to add notes to the food item and/or the category and / or the day. I am currently using this app to record all my food intake to then provide to my Dr. to determine what my symptoms are and allow these entries to print out on the exported document. Thank you, V
Pity Australia Doesn't Have This This app is wonderful! I have been searching every possible website for months now to educate myself of vitamins and mineral in foods to determine if I need a pregnancy multivitamin... And then I found this app. It's a pity it is american and so I don't religiously follow the exact mg/mcg, but it's close. It identifies Choline as an important vit&min and therefore right there is one whole star of the 4 stars I gave it. Now I feel all I do need is a Folic Acid and Iron suppliment.
Best so far for nutrient tracking This is one of the few apps I have found that is not centred around weight loss and the only one I've found that tracks B12 so that's a plus. I wish it had a larger food database for "international" food and vegan alternatives, but you can input your own foods as well. It would be even better if you could adjust your RDI levels to compensate for deficiencies.
