Logged in fine via FB but the times of all the shows I reserved on the website are way off on the app. Also, if I made changes to any of the shows on the website it still shows the old booking on the app and again with the wrong time. So, I obviously can't use the app for the barcode as the times are wrong.
I have the same issue as other users; I know my log in information is correct as it let's me log on to the website, but the app continually says it is incorrect.
Constantly telling me I have no Internet connection when clearly I do. Cancelled show several hours before but credit was not returned. I suspect it was because of the Internet connection problem.
The app is not giving me my credits bank after attending shows. When I log in via the website the credits are available.
The times are off for the android app. I also have an iPhone and so does my gf - times are perfect in iOS, for some reason show times are all wonky on android.
Can't log in - I can log in on the website from my phone, but it keeps telling me my password/email is wrong on the app.
