About this app

How Does It Work?
Care homes can pre-register the details of usual/frequent visitors and record their vaccination status.
In addition, they can see the vital information such as their updated vaccination details, along with when it was verified and by who, if required.
Once a visitor is verified, and if the care home has submitted their e-mail address, the app will send them a passcode and QR code that visitors can use to enter into the app at the reception upon entry. External visitors can also be added without an e-mail address.
The app also allows for ad hoc visitors to sign in to the app by filling in a short online form that collects basic information and vaccination status.
Ad hoc visitors using the online form instead of passcode/QR code will be asked to create a memorable word that can be used to sign out after the visit.

Pre-register Visitors
Care homes can pre-register the details of usual/frequent visitors and record their information, including vaccination status, if necessary.
Once a visitor is verified, the app will send them a passcode and QR code that visitors can use to enter the app at the reception upon entry.

Convenience
The Ad-hoc visitors can use the online visitor form to securely submit their information and create a memorable word to sign out after the visit. Suppose the visitor is not comfortable using the technology; the front office staff can sign in & Sign-out out on behalf of them from their organisation login.

Online Portal
Get access to real-time visitor information and history through MeetMyBrian online portal. Staff can log in to the online portal using a tablet, computer or smartphone.

Fire Safety
Easy access to evacuation list in the event of a fire. Our sign-in app technology helps you ditch the paperwork and make the whole process safe, easy and convenient.

Data Privacy
Care homes process a great deal of confidential information from ad hoc and regular visitors. Keeping their information in paper/diary at reception increases the chances of data breaches. MeetMyBrian technology is GDPR compliant, and you can decide how long you hold the visitors' data.

Multiple Site Access
Once a care home has pre-approved visitors and is issued a passcode/QR code, those visitors can enter all the care homes registered under the same company using the same credentials if permitted.
