Good concept... This app is a good concept and one of the better apps for quitting smoking; however, it should be a lot better. This app is supposed to targeted for teens and young adults (Quit Smart Teen); however, it is EXTREMELY clinical with no aspect of fun. In my opinion the goal of this app is to scare you in to quitting by providing you with an overwhelming amount of information. As a result, I did not even open it for 8 weeks after I installed it and now that I did, I am uninstalling it.
Good ideas... Kinda neat ideas but savings calculator isn't working correctly and that's a big part of recognizing your milestone. Also, hours are important to someone who has quit smoking. Quitting at 12am is not the same as quitting at 5pm. Count the hours to accurately mark your success.
Positive attempt But needs to be worked on. When asked what I'm doing when I'm craving, the options are too limited. Also, I can't find where to add to my journal or ask for a challenge because it's a little unclear where to go (I forgot how I did it the first time) But in my opinion it's a good app that just needs some improvements. Hopefully there's an update
Pretty basic app Does not navigate well. I don't use it and am very disappointed about this. The on ly reason I dont uninstall it is because I like the text messages that I get.
Good start Most comprehensive tracking options I've found so far, but it would be nice to have an adult version. Information and resources are pretty comprehensive nonetheless.
I'm starting at 5... Installed about to use for first time. See very few comments just stars!!! If this is how people think rating is supposed to be with no DIALOG/COMMENTS WHY BOTHER~WASTE OF SPACE. I WILL GIVE COMMENTS AND CONTINUE TO EDIT AS NEEDED!
minor updates and bug fixes
This app individually motivates you to quit and provides scientific advice.
