Slow, doesn't load half the time, inaccurate, bugged, doesn't find locations properly, & at times when it does work, it's only for a short duration. Don't why it has a 4.1 rating. Loads of improvement required to even come close to compete with gmaps.

I uninstalled this app because it has too many bugs. The satellite mode is not working, and the app constantly disconnects. It is also difficult to launch the map. The issue is not with my phone—I use a latest-generation smartphone that costs around ₹90,000 and has 24 GB RAM. The app includes too many unnecessary features while lacking basic functionality. There is no proper memory for user preferences; every time I log in, I have to set up the map again. This is a complete waste of time.

Please ask your team to use the application exclusively. Currently it looks like your team doesn't even use this. I am surprised by the number of usability issues and the incorrect grammar is being used in the application notifications.I want to like this app but currently it looks like it is not even being used by its own development team. I try it after every update, get frustrated and go back to using Google Maps. Not sure if the mgmt is focused somewhere else or lack of good Product Managers
