This app has completely stopped working as of March 15. It gets stuck on the login page. Although, before, when it was logging in, it still was not a good application. Often times payment will "fail" After money has been deducted from your account. And often times it won't let you book a ticket if the payment fails the first time.. Forcing you to buy a paper ticket. Horrible app, with horrible ux and functionality issues.

Earlier, this app wouldn't work. But now it works, so its a relief for someone like me who doesn't want to use the card. Please introduce a pass option or something like Store Pass option which Metro 1 has on Paytm so we don't have to buy daily tickets. Edit: Keeps on having issues once every week. It's like I am paying twice the ticket price since the booking here fails and I have to get a manual ticket

Error "user already has a ticket in active state" where as no ticket was booked also checked ticket history, app timed out on its own before reaching payment selection screen, when went baack to book the ticket again got the above message, pathetic app and very frustrated it is very slow in booking the tickets. All my other apps are quick to process. The other railway app I have been using UTS which very good.
