Bad app and failed support services. I placed an order at 07:54 PM and the app notified me that the order would be delivered at 09:00 PM. In fact, I am waiting for the order to arrive until 09:30 PM, and the restaurant is only 5 minutes away from my house. I contacted technical support and they only provided an excuse without taking any action in my favor as a customer!!

1. ALWAYS crashing...... 2. On top of that the couriers are either wanna contact outside the app or accepting the order then call you to say they gonna be a little late.... 3. The customer care is whole other story which has nothing to do with Caring for the customer, they don't even bother reply with acknowledgment of your feedback nevertheless dealing with it..
