What is the status of your application? It is currently non-functional. I have used this application previously; what accounts for the current malfunction? since you are accepting invest from NRI, but they don't give access for security reason? if u can't breach that security then why u making this application? I sent mail to ur customer care. no reply at all

Very poor service by Motilal Oswal, I have started sip for small cap from website and fund is debited from my account but unit not allocated after aone day while when I invested from other app like upstox and angle one they credit unit on same day or next day but they don't do that. So never invest from website or from this app better to choose other app. Also no support is available to whom you talk about your issue.

tried to buy today (07/Apr/2025) when market was down 4-6% across board. all of the OTPs were delayed more than 15 minutes and hence all were expired by the time I could enter them edit: trying to do victim blaming! Gmail server was definitely not down that day. more likely some problem on MO side. or MO was deliberately locking people out to stop them from redeeming?
