cannot utilize the early check in feature as it will not recognize passport. After many many hours, 3 different phones, a tablet, a laptop and evening scanning the passports so that they are clear as day, the app still will not accept them. Useless, don't offer something if it is not going to work, or if you are not going to take feedback that has been provided an make improvements. In researching, this is a known issue that multiple people have posted about, but yet the issue still remains.

You can look at resturants and then if you close out of the app and open it back up, you are out of your resort and into a listing of all Royalton resorts, which our resort doesn't show up on. To get the app to work again, you need to uninstall the app and reinstall. You'll then have to do the same thing over and over to use the app.

I just got back home from a five night Royalton Chic Antigua stay and I must tell you it is worth it. I booked for a one a luxury one bedroom suite that was diamond club which that got me a butler full-time. The two butlers that works with me. The first one was Andre and Subi they truly made my birthday trip worthwhile. They was awesome. I can't even say enough five stars
