Since I signed up for this app I have spent way more time trying to see my rewards then actually seeing them. in 2 years I have managed to actually log in and see my rewards maybe 5 times. I can log in but it never loads the data. just sits in a loading status. I have an easier time just driving to the store and asking what my balance is. I think the last time I was able to successfully see my rewards was back in 2024.

The app never works. I have had it for over a year for a local coffee shop and need to rely on them telling me when I have enough points. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled, made sure I've got the latest version...nothing works.

Practically unusable on a Pixel 6 Pro. Used to at least be able to log in, though it would crash every time I'd try to open a coupon. Now it says "unknown error" when I try to log in. The credentials are right, so I don't know what's going on with this app.
