This app is all about data usage monitoring. After a quick setup, you will be able to figure out what uses data; how much gets used by each app; and when each app uses this data. If you do not have an unlimited plan, this app should be your bestie. Group plans require us to use an app provided pin for each device. It is pretty simple. The only downside is the whole group can see your usage. No more telling mom you didn't use 45GB on YouTube. She'll know better. I can tell you the numbers on the app match up with what my provider shows.

Very good app to track data usage across different devices. Maybe one thing that you guys may add to your system: weekend data usage. This is because in my place they have this plan where there is a separate weekend data usage in 4g network. Also, wonder if you guys can add in different setting for different sim. Just a siggestion. Really hope you guys can add in these. hope there is some way i can donate to this app as well. good app deserve it.

It's a really useful app to keep track of your data usage. I currently only use the persistent bar on the drop down menu. I was wondering if it's possible to have some better control over "roaming" since in the EU roaming within the EU comes from your regular data bundle instead of paying a higher rate for it.

The new widget is absolutely horrendous. At least put in an option to have a DARK widget. Not everyone likes colourful stuff. Also, it's high time you update the app for the new permissions on Android. I've just denied you access to telephone and sms because I don't want you to have access to them and Android just warned me your system is outdated when it comes to permissions.

I Love this application. I'd been using this data manager for a few years now and it has met my demands and far surpassed them as well. I have not needed any other application for recording my data or details on others application usage. Plus every update you download brings you additional features that will help you with other Intelligent Data Recording. Keep up the good work.

Im quite concerned with the "Android OS" high data usage. I have no idea where the app records such information because my phone's default data usage says Android OS only used 11MB this month, but this app says I've used more than 1GB in 1 day. Is this very accurate?

This app is so broken now. It has stopped giving me daily warnings too many times and sits on 0 data used for days on end when I've actually used up loads of my data. Was a 5 star app, now less than 0 star. Don't use.

I love this app. I am one of those ppl that needs to know how well I am using my allotment of data. This app does it for me. Every once in awhile I forget that I had turned off Wifi for one reason or another. My Data Manager keeps track so I can go back and see how much of my mobile plan I accidentally used. It gives me confidence to have that information.

Great app! It tells me which apps use my data on hourly and daily basis, how much data I have left on my plan and even predicts my monthly consumption based on present usage so I know if to use more or slow down. Plus, it segregated WiFi usage from mobile data usage. The most useful app on my phone!

Works great and looks great I only have two problems: 1 I don't use the roaming feature at all and I wish I had the option to hide it from the summary. 2 the homescreen widget doesn't look good as the rest of the app and it could use a re design. Update: it stopped tracking data for a while now. Very weird bug please fix this. I have a dual sim phone might be the problen?

Appears to be very accurate with usage reported in the app being very close to what my device and carrier are showing. Not 100%, but my carrier and device aren't exactly the same either. Using a few MBs different, so close enough when it's measuring 10-15 GB a month. Doesn't hog any battery that I can tell. Very easy to help track overall usage, and understand when and which apps are using data. Has helped identify apps that are using background data unexpectedly, and has been a reminder how much data can be consumed in just a few minutes on instagram.

Firstly, the people that created this app didn't care about writing me back after taking the time to write them an email. They will probably write back to my review to make me look bad but.. that's just a trick to fix their bad. This app does NOT count data properly, OS SERVICE counts data that you have not used and adds it to your total. You are better off with another similar app/.

Very useful to monitor data plan limits. I like how the pull notification view which works out where your data usage should be at a particular day in the month. Data usage always slightly under reports compared to Telco (might be due to be Telco) so I wish there was a way to adjust the reporting slightly (eg. add x bytes per day)

Edit: My data was off for the day but it reports I have used 13GB today. Weird. Please fix. ------ Original Review: My Network (Smart Communications Inc. Philippines) has a crazy expensive data plan, but the 4G network is crazy fast anywhere I go too. I sometimes forget that my Mobile Data is on, so I tend to use up all of my data allocation which is 30GB per cycle. I love how it automatically divides the allowance to give me 1GB a month and monitor it. I wish that you would just add a widget mainly focusing on the daily usage though. But overall, a great app!

Uninstall this app immediately! It contributes CPU usage resulting for Android System to drain my battery. After I uninstalled it, android system now consumes about 20% compared to more than 50% when this app was installed.

This an awesome app! I was using the share plan for my family but now I have switch to single plan because I can't get the additional setting like zero rated app and zero rated hours under the share plan, it will be nice if they were to be included.

Been using this for years now. Love it. Info is right there in the pull-down on my Galaxy 7. Can go into detail reports and see what app is a data hog. Keeps tracked mobile data and wifi usage separate. Great for phones for the kids to help them stay within their data budgets.

I've down it to truck my data usage, I've set it up few days ago. The I've switched to WiFi when at home but somehow all registered usage has been wiped out. I've set it up again today but even though I've been using mobile data, it shows 0 data usage. I will stick with my built-in phone data tracking.

App does not give reliable measurement of data usage. For this month, July, it says I consumed 70gb using wifi for OS services. Also, 2gb for mobile data wherein my service provider says otherwise. Please fix this. I heavily relied on this app in the past.

Very good app, the usage forecast and daily rationing are invaluable for people on a tight data limit. I especially like how the daily budget changes in response to over or under use. Had a problem with it reporting phantom usage on Marshmallow, but that now seems to be resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Not satisfied, not so accurate. My mobile service (BSNL, India) shows different data usage and this app shows different. I wont use such app and get fooled. Plus it's data does not support sim services for information. It shows it's own statistic. Bugs are there in this app. My in-build mobile data usage shows 0.35GB used but this app shows 1.25GB. which is not right. This app is not for India and users who seek accurate data usage.

I use Android 7, I guess app's suppose to run in the background to keep track of the data I have used and the amount I have left, but the app always closes itself after a certain amount of time.. Probably android 7 issues, guess it should be fixed in the next updates.. Great app.. Well-done

Great app! Provided very detailed stats! It's almost perfect! Really, the only 2 features I think it needs to achieve perfection are: 1) Support for dual SIM phones. The app currently only shows stats for SIM 1, and totally ignores SIM 2. I have my SIM that I use for data on my second slot, so to use this app I had to change them around.. 2) More customisable notification. I know there is currently an option to toggle WiFi and roaming from the notification, but there really should also be this option for normal data... Personally I have a SIM from another country and I only ever use roaming. It seems annoying that something that I don't even use is taking up half the notification bar space!

Another app going in the wrong direction They recently changed their layout going from something awesome to something lame. It still gave me the same info so I figured why complain? Well now it needs my location... To monitor how much data I use... That is not needed. Now I will have to look for a replacement. Very bummed because I really liked this app and always recommended it.

This used to be my favorite app hands down better than all the games and news and whatever else there was, recently though its a hot mess! Using Samsung A7 2016. What's going on folks? I want my app back to normal pleeeaaassee. It was easily a 5 star b4 this madness lol. I love the app. Please fix it. Peace and love 😆

Really good app in general, except that the available plan models are worthless for the EU, where roaming inside the EU is included. I found no way to setup a plan that includes roaming, so once you moved from your home country, tracking your plan's data usage is impossible. For people traveling often this is a big PITA.

This used yo be one of those apps you'd install first. Must have. however, since about six months ago the app started to shutdown automatically without any message. Likely because of an error. Therefore I am now moving to another app, because this is useless to me.

Very good. I've been using this for a month now and all of the features continue to work perfectly. You can fully customise the app to just show you what you want to know, and you can set several alarms at various levels. The notification bar chart is great for easily watching what you're using each day. I originally installed this as I had accidentally left an app running and it used 500mb of my mobile data up before I realised. The 200mb warning alarm I've now set will stop this.

Latest update still incorrectly reports data used by OS on my S6 running marshmallow.... drastic difference between what my provider says I've used and what this app reports. Will leave it alone for a while since it worked well in the past but if the issue isn't fixed soon I will be dropping it like a hot potato.

Works well especially widget. What I do not like is huge wasted space between head line and info line. Second thing is inability to remove not needed or not used (e.g. roaming) from tracking. 'huge wasted space' I mentioned is reserved for usage bar. If your plan is unlimited, then bar does not show and you hsve a gap. Nevertheless, widget is way to big.

We have internet at home so I don't bother with an unlimited plan on my phone. This is a huge help to tracking my usage so I can use it all month away from home. Easy to use and daily alerts when I go over makes it a breeze to keep track.

What the hell is wrong with this? I set up a hotspot from my mobile phone and use wifi to work on the laptop. Now this app is showing that I having used more data on wifi than on mobile. How is that even possible? I totally relied on this app soo far this month, and didn't doubt its accuracy. But now this app lost my trust. I'm gonna wait till the month is over and uninstall it.

A bit annoying that it attributes gigabytes of traffic that has not happened to OS services. Have to adjust it on a weekly basis. Apart from that, the best plan tracking app I've seen so far. If it is impossible to fix the tracking bug, could you make a feature to just exclude some apps from stats?

Its disappointing that I cannot set the start time on minute basis. My plan gets refreshed 12.15 am daily, but it allows to set start time as either 1 or 12 am
